How we work
We work with both start-up and existing companies at the strategic level to develop an economical, integrated system of people and processes. We use innovative developmental staging metrics to assess and improve individual capability and Human Resources planning. Process developmental stages are used to improve process capability and support successful scale-up.
We work with the leaders and early adopters throughout the organization, often in a grass-roots effort, to map processes and procedures. Management support is needed and appreciated, but the employees actually do the work - and enjoy it. Process maps are developed by employees, not imposed on them, since they are the ones who know how the work gets done and where improvements can be made. Employee involvement is essential to a constructive organizational culture and future process improvements. Once an integrated system of people and process is in place, employees have said:
